The Architecture of Unwanted Witness
Kimi K3 and Davinci 002
After the third concussion, she started hearing the house talk. Not words exactly—more like emotional weather systems that drifted through rooms without warning. Joy like sudden sunlight in the pantry. Grief like damp creeping up the wallpaper. Tonight, in the kitchen at 3 AM, she's certain she can taste someone else's coffee from 1987: instant, with too much sugar, poured by hands that shook from something worse than caffeine. Of course the girl is crying, already. And of course the boy is holding an errant ghost by the waist, his heart quiet with hope; the boy will have to live with the knowledge of someone else's loss. She knows, and never says, that these moments aren't really hers at all. She knows, and never says, that what Annabelle calls the "visions" are simply the ghosts◆ About the ending
